BRANDY
Pear Brandy
Fully ripe pears are mashed when they are the most aromatic and are distilled to create a beautiful Pear Brandy. The end product in flavor and aroma will remind you of a pear orchard loaded with ripe pears.
Old Italian Plum Brandy
Distilled from local plums, picked after ripening on the trees from the Wenatchee valley. This is a delicious and smooth distillate.
Apple Brandy
Tree ripened apples are picked as late in the season as possible, this makes our apple brandy absolutely wonderful. There is no mistaking that this is apple!
Cherry Brandy
Bing cherries are gently cracked, fermented, and distilled. A lovely fruity nose with hints of almond and citrus, the flavor of the cherries lingers on the palate.
Pluot Brandy
A cross between an apricot and a plum, this makes for an interesting and unique brandy.
Apricot Brandy
With only 700 pounds of apricots available this year we have a very limited amount on hand. The flavor and smell of apricots is the main feature of this distillate. If you would like to purchase a bottle please ask for one at our tasting room.
